Control Self-Assessment (CSA) is a way of helping organization improve their ability to meet business objectives. Most of the time, this is done through a series of workshops or meetings facilitated by the internal auditing department. These workshops can be applied to projects, processes, business units, functions, or basically any level whose objectives can be clearly defined.
This seminar is an introductory course on the CSA and related topics. Attendees will gain partial credits in taking the Certification on Control Self Assessment exams.
